PAST Project

Each year 45,000 African Americans die from tobacco induced diseases. The PAST Project Pastors Against Smoking & Tobacco educates and trains pastors and preachers on tobacco control 101, flavored tobacco products including menthol. This is a collaborative project with AMPLIFY The African American Statewide Coordinating Center funded under Proposition 56.

BACKGROUND >

The Walter Lee Wilmore Foundation (WLW) has been in the community for nearly 25 years serving youth and

their families, low-income, disenfranchised foster youth and emancipated foster youth in Los

Angeles County and the LA Region.
